One of our good friends decided to open a pizza place and bring the people the ultimate Neapolitan experience into Prague. To achieve the best results, they import fresh ingredients from Italy twice a week. Among them, naturally, are organic lemons from Amalfi coast for their home made lemonade. We supply them with jugs of neutral alcohol where they put the peels to preserve them. Then comes the Prague Botanical garden. They grow lemon trees in glasshouses and when some branches threaten to break the roof, they call us to do the pruning. We extract the aroma of the leaves. Thirdly, there are the tiny lemons that farmers pick to reduce the volume of the crop to make sure the rest would ripen. These are the three ingrediences combined. All that would otherwise become waste.
